MoselVilla is very suitable for organizing seminars, workshops, offsite sessions and other special events for small groups in a domestic setting. Throughout the house there are several areas for conferencing and relaxing. Ample space can be made easily for engaging in creative activities. You have access to a fully equipped ICT infrastructure with Wi-Fi, printer, beamer and TV-screens with PC/Laptop interface at your disposal.
The house offers facilities for the purpose of conferences and other activities for 12-14 guests. In the case of every participant wanting to dispose of his/her own bedroom, 6 of them can stay in the house overnight. If participants are willing to share rooms, sleeping facilities for 10 are available. In all cases we are happy to take care of arrangements with neighbouring hotels to lodge the other participants.
The house can be rented by the week (7 nights), by midweek (4 nights) or by the weekend (3-4 nights). Linens, towels, the cost of cleaning, as well as the use of all equipment and office materials are included. Catering made to measure can be arranged if desired.
The all-in weekly rental rate varies between € 2.500 (low season) and € 3.500 (high seasons) . The midweek and weekend rates are accordingly lower. These rates are exclusive of VAT.
